It actually doesn't feel that long ago since I celebrated my own graduation, with champagne breakfast, throwing the hat in the air and being overwhelmed with the fact that the studies were FINALLY over. I remember it as if it was yesterday. But apparently it wasn't, considering that my own daughter graduates in a few days. And this is of course worth celebrating! :)
The small paper pads (6x6 inches) from Reprint are perfect for card making. On this card, I deviated from the traditional yellow-blue graduation colors and went for a more romantic style with roses and pretty pink patterns.
På baksidan av bandet har jag först fäst dubbelhäftande tejp och vikt ihop till lagom längd. Sen har jag fäst med en raksöm, både för att det sitter fast ordentligt då coh så tycker jag att det är snyggt.
On the back of the ribbon, I first attached double sided tape and folded the ribbon a bit randomly. I added a seam across, partly because it makes the ribbon stay safely secured, but mostly because it just looks so good :)
