Time for another birthday

A relative of ours just had her birthday and of course I had to make a card for her! Although it just snowed again in these parts of the country we have feelings of spring in the air so I wanted that to reflect a bit in the card with flowers and butterflies.

It wasn't hard to get that spring vintage feeling with the new papers from Reprint. On the inside you can see one of the new stamps too - this one say´s " A big Happy Birthday to you" in Swedish. If you look closely you can see that I "revived" the brads - such an easy way actually to just give that little extra.

Pensionärer och flyttar

För oss som jobbar inom skolan börjar det närma sig slutet på den här terminen och som alltid är det någon som ska på ett eller annat sätt inte vara kvar. Hos oss ska två gå i pension och en har hittat kärleken och ska flytta till en annan stad. Jag har gjort kort till dom och jag har utgått från samma papper men gjort lite olika design på dom. Dessa papper har jag använt från Reprint:

For us working as teachers the term is coming to an end and as always there someone who´s leaving for one reason or another. At my school two are going to retire and one has found love and is moving to another city. I made cards for all three of them and I´ve been using the same papers but with different designs- These are the ones from Reprint:

Clean and Simple, Greeting Card

Man kan aldrig ha för många grattiskort på lager, alltid är det någon som fyller år. Här har jag använt Reprints egna fina mönsterpapper. Lager på lager med 3D-kuddar emellan för lite djup. Enkelt dekorerat med en rosett och pärlor.

You can never have too many greetings card at hand. It is always someone who celebrate birthday. I have used brown cardstock and Reprints own design paper. Layer upon layer with foam squares for some depth. Easily decorated with a bow, pearls and a brad.
