Life mini album

Ett lite album fullt av minnen ... dock inte mina egna minnen, fotona är från ett av Tim Holtz papper :) de är så fina alla uppklädda, okända människor! Basen till albumet har jag skurit till själv efter en gammal mall jag har. Med många sidor och häftstift i ryggen blir det ett tjockt och härligt album.

A tiny album full of lovely memories ... not my own memories unfortunately, since the photos are from one of Tim Holtz papers :) aren't they beautiful all those dressed-up, unknown persons! The album base is cut using an old template from my stash. With lots of pages and only staples in the spine, it turns into such a thick and lovely album.

Det är roligt och enkelt att använda stickers och färdiga dekorationer från "klippark". Bokstäverna "LIFE" behöver man inte ens klippa ut själv, de är bara att trycka ut från perforerade ark. Bakom fotona har jag monterat vit cardstock och lämnat en liten bit för text under bilden, lite som en polaroidbild.

It's easy and fun to use ready-made decorations. The edges around the letters "LIFE" are perforated so you just have to push them out from the paper. I mounted the photos on white cardstock and left a bit hanging below, for the text. Kind of like the old polaroid photos.

Rosetten är enkelt gjord med Tim Holtz die.

Jag använde tissue tape för att sätta fast fotona. Eller, jag har förstås en bit tejp under också, tissue tejpen är mest för dekoration. Och visst är den snygg!?

I used to tissue tape to attache the photos. I naturally used some double sided tape as well, the tissue tape is mostly for decoration. And isn't it lovely!?

Kraft glassine passar fint in i stilen. Jag har knölat till den ordentligt, sedan slätat ut och färgat in med distresser.

Kraft glassine has just the perfect vintage feel for this album. I scrunched it up real good, then flattened it out and gave it a final touch with distress ink.
