Canvas heart

Kort behöver förstås inte alltid vara fyrkantiga eller kvadratiska. Ibland är det kul att ta fram saxen och klippa till en egen form! Hjärtat i mitten är utklippt på frihand i Sticky-back Canvas. Hjärtat är infärgat med distresser med hjälp av ett Ink Blending Tool. I mitten och längs kanterna smetade jag först ut lite vit akrylfärg så där fastnade inte distressfärgen utan de ytorna förblev vita. Där stämplade jag sedan texten med en vattenfast dyna, StazOn.

Cards don't necessarly need to be square or rectangular. Sometimes you need to bring out them ol' scissors and cut your own shape! The heart in the center is cut out by hand in Sticky-back Canvas and coloured with distress inks (using the Ink Blending Tool). In the middle and along the edges, I smeared some white acrylic paint with my fingers, to make areas of resist. The distress inks didn't stick to the acrylic paint, so that area remained white and a good place to stamp the sentiment using a water resistand ink pad, StazOn.



Fjärilen är utstansad i flera lager Kraft glassine, sedan ihopskrynklade och till sist fick de lite vit akrylfärg på kanterna. Superenkelt ditsatta med en häftklammer från Tim Holtz Tiny Attacher.

The butterfly is punched out in three layers of Kraft glassine, then scrunched up all together and some white acrylic paint on the edges to finish them up. Super easy to attach them to the project with the Tim Holtz Tiny Attacher.



På baksidan smög sig en liten drake in, stämplad med en Versafine dyna som lämpar sig särskilt väl till detaljerade stämpelmotiv.

A cute little dragon made it's way to the edge of the backside of the card, stamped with a Versafine stamp pad, which is suitable for detailed stamps in particular.
