Birthday card in white

Vitt, vintrigt och lager på lager. Så kan man sammanfatta detta grattiskort med spillbitar av den nya papperskollektionen från Reprint. Basen är vitt på vitt, härligt krämig gesso genom en stencil, på vanlig vit cardstock.

White as snow and built in layers. That's what this card is all about. I used scraps from the new paper collection from Reprint, on top of a white-on-white background, made with gesso through a stencil on regular cardstock.

Jag använde en vattenpensel att fånga upp lite distress färg och när jag duttade ut den på bakgrunden när gesson torkat skapades härligt rosa pölar.

I used a water brush to sweep up som distress paint which made beautiful pink puddles on top of the dried gesso.

Cirklar i massor!

Jag plockade fram min gamla cirkelstans idag, och gjorde detta kort med härliga papper ur Reprints Basic Collection. Cirklarna målades försiktigt med en touch av vit Gesso.

I used my old circle punch today, and made ​​this card with lovely paper from Reprints Basic Collection. The circles were painted carefully with a touch of white Gesso.

Därefter sattes en stjärna dit med ett snyggt grattismotiv. En fjäril och några halvpärlor så var kortet klart!

Then a star motif with nice congratulationtext was added. A butterfly and a few half pearls to it and the card was done!

Snowflake card

This week I´ve made a card with snowflake shape.

The papers are Reprints collection, the picture comes

from one of the new papers.

The cones are from my garden and the anise from the food store.

The white branches comes from Tim Holtz die named Festive Greenery.

Smällkarameller

Jag har börjat ett nytt jobb i en tygbutik, och jag kan inte låta bli att inspireras av tygerna. Jag har gjort smällkarameller av turkos chiffong, vit tyll och toarullar. Rullarna är först vitmålade och sen rullades tyget runt och knöts ihop med sidenband.

I've started a new job in a fabric store, and I can not help but be inspired by the fabrics. I have made Christmas crackers of turquoise chiffon, white tulle and toilet rolls. The rolls are first painted white and then rolled the fabric around and tied together with a satin ribbon.

 
Karamellerna är dekorerade med en bit utstansat papper som ser ut som ett nät. Sedan sitter där några blommor, lite pärlband och en målad chipboardstjärna. På stjärnan sitter den några rhinestones. Och inuti rullen ligger det godis såklart!

The Christmas crackers are decorated with a piece of die cut paper that looks like a net. Then I added some flowers, some pearl string and a painted chipboard star. The star is decorated with a few rhinestones. And inside the cracker is candy of course!

The papers are Reprints, and the text is one of them I made for Reprint. 

I've used a ribbon for the scarf and some flowers in the hat. 

I've colored here and there with white crackle paint and stardust stickles. 

A little metal bell under the bow.

A shoe with a card

This is a fun gift to someone instead of just a card.
It´s very easy to make, and it feels a little bit more "more".

The sweet little girl is from a Reprint paper. All papers are from
Reprints own collection.

Beautiful flowers and the french lily is a die from Tim Holtz.
I colored it with white crackle paint.
Under the flowers I´ve used some tulle.

A beautiful heart charm on a crackle painted chipboard heart.
At the crown there is white gesso for a little effect.

Lace and rhinestones are beautiful embellishments.

Christmas card

Hi everybody!
Here comes a christmas card from me. I have used the new papers
från Reprint, new flowers and avery beautiful frame.

 

This flowers are really lovely! And the ribbon around the picture!

The letters comes from a small "book" from Tim Holtz with LOTS
of letters. Very useful!

This candle holder is gorgeous! So useable.

Granen står så grön o grann...

Här är granar som du inte behöver kasta ut i januari, garanterat barrfri! Jag har gjort tre granar i olika papper och med olika dekorationer i toppen. Gemensamt är att de är relativt lätta att göra men det tar lite tid.
Börja med att ta ett cardstock och rulla det till en kon i valfri storlek. Mina stora blev 15cm och den lilla 8cm. Skär sedan remsor av det pappret du vill ha, 1cm breda. Klipp remsorna i 7-8cm långa bitar och klistra ihop ändarna så att det bildar en droppform. Sen är det bara att börja klistra på "dropparna" nerifrån och upp... När du kommit ända upp sätter du valfri dekoration i toppen!

Here are trees that you do not have to throw out in January, guaranteed free from pine needles! I've done three firs in different paper and with different decorations on top. Common is that they are relatively easy to do but it takes some time.
Start by taking a cardstock and roll it into a cone at any size. My major was 15cm and the small 8cm. Then cut strips of the paper you want, 1cm wide. Cut the strips into 7-8cm long pieces and glue the ends so that it forms a teardrop shape. Then it's just to start pasting on "drops" from the bottom up ... When you come up, put any decoration on top!

På den första granen har jag satt en stjärna som jag stämplat och klippt ut i två exemplar och klistrat ihop på varsin sida. Sen har jag penslat på krackeleringslack.

På den andra har jag tagit två blommor och klistrat ihop. Där sitter också ett pärlband med stjärnor.

Och den tredje granen är också prydd med en stjärna, denna gång i tre ex vilket gör den lite mer tredimensionell. 

Alla tre har också blivit sprejade med silverglitter.

On the first Christmas tree I have put a star at the top that I stamped and cut out in duplicate and pasted together on each side. Then I brushed on Crackle.
On the other, I have pasted together two flowers. There is also a string of stars wrapped around the tree.
And the third tree is also adorned with a star, this time in three copies, which makes it a little more three-dimensional.
All have been sprayed with silver glitter.

 

 

Stammen består av flera målade blompinnar ihop. De är nedtryckta i en liten kruka med oasis i som är dold med fågelfrö.

The trunk consists of several painted flower sticks together. They are held in a small pot with floral foam in which is hidden with birdseed.

Two ATC cards

Hello! 

Too much work right now, so I totally forgot to put up my post this morning. 

But here it comes! I made two ATC cards for this week with Reprints papers

and embellishments. The pictures of the angels comes from small tags.

Wall hanging with angels

I took an old ugly Canvas, turned it on,
painted it and got automatically a frame of wood.
And then I started to pick things I wanted on it.

First I used gesso to whiten and smudge every embellishments and papers.
And then I glued everything very hard, so the things don´t fall of.

As you know, I love to use much stuff on my creations,
and here are some roses, a metal charm, chipboard, 3 needles,
flowers and a lovely text. In the background there is a small piece
of brown canvas with white crackle paint. 

The three stars have I put washitape on, and crackle paint.
A canvas butterfly, lace and rose ribbon. 

Flat flowers with lots of crackle paint, and roses in the middle.
Two prismas with beige floss around the top. Pearl floss hanging
from the flowers. I paint every rose petals with crackle paint.

Hurra, hurra!!!

En tag till en student. 

Jag täckte hela tagen med ett tjockt lager av vit Gesso och stämplade med en av 

Reprints bakgrunds stämplar innan det torkat. Sprayade med Dylusions Ink, 

och lät tagen torka Ett prickigt organza band bakom den stämplade texten.

I covered the tag with a thick layer of white gesso and stamped with one of

Reprints background stamps before it dried. Sprayed with Dylusions Ink.

Monterade sönder en virkad blomma, nya kronblad av vita pappersblommor

(stämplade med samma stämpel som bakgrunden) och använde biten som blev 

över som en spets nertill. En pin med ljusblå stenar och en cool metalldekoration.

I disassembled a fabric flower, new petals of white paper flowers

(stamped with the same stamp as the background) and used the lace left over as a 

lace trimming at the bottom of the tag.  A pin with blue stones and a cool 

metal decoration.

This vintage pictures are lovely!
I have chalked every edges with white gesso, and white crackle paint.
I´ve distressed the edges.

Crackle paint is my absolutely favorite media.
